Delivery Information

We can ship goods worldwide using secure couriers with very quick delivery times.

Delivery costs vary depending on location and products ordered. If you are located outside mainland UK and would like to place an order with us please contact us directly.

Prices shown online are exclusive of UK VAT at 20%. If applicable VAT is added to the cart at checkout. If you are located outside of the EC or have a VAT number and are located within the EC you will not have to pay this charge. All clients within the UK (excluding Channel Islands) are taxed at standard rate. Our online payment gateway can only receive payments from clients within the UK using credit/debit cards.

For all international orders we accept payment by bank transfer only.

All orders must be placed before 13:30 for same day shipment. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. Next day delivery is next working day and does not include Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. All orders placed are subject to stock availability which is subject to change.

Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd uses UPS courier service. Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed. Next Day courier service is up to 17:30. The Customer shall have no right to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated.

The date of delivery shall in every case be dependent upon prompt receipt of all necessary information, final instructions or approvals being obtained from the Customer. Alterations by the Customer in design, specifications or quantities required may result in delay in delivery and adjustment of the pricing.

Failure by the Customer to take delivery of or to make payment in respect of any one or more instalments of goods delivered hereunder shall entitle the Company to treat the whole contract as repudiated by the Customer.

Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd will endeavour to comply with reasonable requests by the customer for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so. Where delivery is postponed otherwise than due to default by the Company the Customer shall pay all costs and expenses including a reasonable charge for storage and transportation occasioned thereby.

You can track your UPS delivery by clicking on the UPS Logo in the top corners or by clicking here. You will need your tracking number which can be obtained from Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd.

Cancellation & Returns

You have the right to change your mind about a purchase of goods made through the website at any time after you have placed the order for up to 28 days after the date of purchase.

If you decide to cancel a purchase you must notify Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd by telephoning 020 7791 0070 or emailing sales@norrissteam.co.uk If you have received the goods, you must return them to Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd by recorded mail, enclosing the invoice, to Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd 8-10 Ratcliffe Cross Street, London, E1 0HS. You are responsible for the Goods whilst they are in transit until they are actively received by Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd.

Goods must be returned in new condition. Norris Steam Services (London) Ltd reserves the right to not accept any goods damaged by the customer or used for return. Any goods returned used will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
