At Norris Steam Services London Ltd, we make every effort to ensure that all goods shipped are described as accurately as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected, and therefore we offer you 15 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. Your right to cancel starts from the date you receive your goods 15 days later.
Conditions for the return of items
The item(s) must be in unused and in the same original condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all the original packaging, instructions, guarantee and any extras.
Customised parts such as steam hoses cut to size cannot be returned unless they are found to have manufacturing faults.
If a visual defect is found with the item(s) upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Fees for Returns
Any goods which are returned not in brand new sealed condition are subject to a 25% handling fee for re stocking and re packaging. This does not include the Jiffy Steamer range which are subject to 30% handling fee if the goods are returned used and not in brand new condition. Any goods heavily used, without original packaging or damaged by client will not accepted for return.
How to return items
Items must be returned to Norris Steam Services London LTD by a tracked service or brought in person to our store. Norris Steam Services London Ltd do not offer a free return service unless the goods were shipped in error by Norris Steam Services London LTD or deemed faulty by manufacturing error.
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. We process refunds as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the email has been processed. We process most refunds on the same day which they were received, but please allow up to a maximum of 14 days for the money to reach your account. It rarely takes this long, but can happen sometimes for reasons such as bank delays or errors.
Faulty items must be returned using the same process described above.
